We would be delighted to have you stop in and accompany us for an eventful day. Our charming banquet hall can accommodate up to 300 guests for any occasion.

El Prado Golf Courses would love nothing more than to host your next event. Our staff can transform each room into a setting unique to you. Our detail oriented team prides themselves in creating a memorable experience for you and your guests. Customer satisfaction is our priority.
The Special Events staff looks forward to personalizing each event we are privileged enough to host. Our dedicated and meticulous staff is available by phone, email, or appointment to assist you with all of your event needs. We have had a wide variety of different functions here at El Prado and we always welcome new opportunities. We invite you to reach out to us for any inquires when planning your next special occasion. The Event staff is sure to have a package that best suits you.
The Events Department happily offers different packages that correspond to the type of event. We understand that each event is unique and will be handled on a case by case basis.

Rentals

Public address system is available at no charge. All other rentals can be arranged through the banquets office with an additional charge to be quoted by our event coordinator.

Room Availability

Room size is based on the adult attendance guarantee. Evening functions are no more than 6 hours and afternoon functions no more than 4 hours. Event must end by midnight (12:00 A.M.).

Deposit

A $500.00 deposit is required to reserve the banquet facility. This deposit is non-refundable should you cancel your event.

Security

El Prado Golf Courses reserves the right to schedule private security personnel for any event. In the event El Prado Golf Courses does feel additional security will be necessary, an outside source will be brought in.

Bar Set- Up

Select packages include a bartender for 5 1/2 hours. Last call will be made forty-five (45) minutes prior to the end of the function and the bar will be closed thirty (30) minutes prior to the end of the function.

Referrals

Our banquets coordinator will gladly provide referrals for DJs, photographers, clergy, or any need you have.
