We would be delighted to have you stop in and accompany us for an eventful day. Our charming banquet hall can accommodate up to 300 guests for any occasion.
El Prado Events Team
Public address system is available at no charge. All other rentals can be arranged through the banquets office with an additional charge to be quoted by our event coordinator.
Room size is based on the adult attendance guarantee. Evening functions are no more than 6 hours and afternoon functions no more than 4 hours. Event must end by midnight (12:00 A.M.).
A $500.00 deposit is required to reserve the banquet facility. This deposit is non-refundable should you cancel your event.
El Prado Golf Courses reserves the right to schedule private security personnel for any event. In the event El Prado Golf Courses does feel additional security will be necessary, an outside source will be brought in.
Bar Set- Up
Select packages include a bartender for 5 1/2 hours. Last call will be made forty-five (45) minutes prior to the end of the function and the bar will be closed thirty (30) minutes prior to the end of the function.
Our banquets coordinator will gladly provide referrals for DJs, photographers, clergy, or any need you have.
